The Psychology Exam Revision series is designed to prepare you for your exam over 2 interactive sessions by thoroughly exploring and revising all content in the new study design and participating in interactive activities that will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses.
Part 1 Content:
Nervous system functioning and Stress as an example of a psychobiological process
Neural basis of learning and memory as well as an explanation of the process of memory and the debate behind its reliability
Approaches to understand learning
Psychobiological process of memory
Part 2 Content:
The demand for sleep and its importance to mental wellbeing
Defining and maintaining Mental Wellbeing
Biopsychosocial model of Specific Phobia
Plus a variety of multiple choice, short answer and extended response questions following the content to help you consolidate, identify your strengths and weakness and ensure you know how to get full marks!
By the end of the session you will have revised all areas of the study design, know how to read and interpret questions to get full marks and have a better, more thorough understanding of concepts.
Meet your presenter, Hannah
Hannah graduated from Covenant College with an ATAR of 98.80 and is now in her second year at the University of Melbourne, pursuing a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Japanese Language.
She is dedicated to tutoring VCE students in Psychology and Biology, with a genuine passion for helping them enjoy their studies and achieve their full potential. Hannah is very excited to contribute to the Psychology Skyline Exam Revision series this year. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, listening to music, playing the piano, and watching Netflix.
