We created this space for Students.  Here you can find the answers you need to navigate your way around our learning platform, troubleshoot common problems and, ultimately, have a great learning experience!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

To find your class zoom link:

> Log into your LMS and click ”My dashboard” and then ”My courses”. Click on your desired course and you will see a button saying ”Click here to access your class on Zoom”.

To find your class resources:

> Log into your LMS and click ”My dashboard” and then ”My courses”. Click on your desired course and scroll down until you find the week you are looking for. When you find it click on it and there is where you can find your class resources.

To book a check-in: 

> Log into your LMS and click on ”My dashboard”. Then click on ”My courses” and find your desired course. Click on it and on the front page of your course you will see a button saying ”Click here to book a check-in with your tutor”.

You can contact your tutor via email. Their email will be the first name@skyline.org.au. For example john@skyline.org.au. However, if you still cannot contact your tutor, please mail us at hatch@skyline.org.au and we will connect you with them. 

If you are unable to attend class, please send as an email at hatch@skyline.org.au and let us know as soon as you can. 

If you miss a class you will be able to access your class recording the next day. Simply go to ”My dashboard” and click on ”My courses”. Then click on your desired course and scroll down until you find the week you are looking for. When you find it click on it and there is where you can find your class recording.
