To activate access for your students, please complete the steps below.

Step 1. Download the Student Template

Use the link below to download the official Hatch Student List Template.

This template ensures we receive the correct details to set up access for your students.

Step 2. Complete the Template

Open the Excel file and enter each participating student’s details, including:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Year Level

When you’re done, save your file as:
SchoolName_HatchStudentList.xlsx

Step 2. Upload Your Completed File

Once your student list is ready, upload it using the form below.

Our team will review the file and activate HatchHub access for all students within 2–3 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when setup is complete, along with instructions for students to log in.
