GAT Preparation

VCE Hack: GAT Preparation is a masterclass focused on understanding the General Achievement Test (GAT), navigating the tasks in each section, and mastering the necessary skills to excel on the exam. This workshop, presented by Hatch’s team of knowledgeable and engaging tutors, shares essential tips to prepare you to tackle the GAT head-on.
You can expect the following:
- A breakdown of the GAT’s format and structure
- A walkthrough of the Section A and Section B writing tasks
- Tips and advice for the Section A numeracy and literacy questions
- Tips and advice for the Section B stem and humanities questions

Procrastination Buster

This masterclass delves deep into the underlying causes of procrastination and offers tip and tricks to mitigate its effects. Through a series of interactive activities, students will explore the causes of procrastination (including its triggers and consequences) and some procrastination-busting strategies.
Attendees will learn a range of effective techniques to manage their time more efficiently, examine their own procrastination patterns, and look at the many different theories behind why we procrastinate.
Like any other Hatch masterclass, there is dedicated time for students to ask their burning questions and hear the our presenters’ thoughts on issues related to study and productivity.
